Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Software & Development Services
For custom web development, mobile apps, and enterprise software solutions, refunds are not provided once development work has commenced. Payments are typically divided into milestones. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client will be billed only for the work completed up to that point.
2. Subscription Products (SaaS)
For our subscription-based products (e.g., School ERP, WhatsApp AI tools), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
SEO and digital marketing services are billed month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or request a refund, please submit a written request to billing@morpankhsoftware.com. Include your invoice number, service details, and the reason for cancellation.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account and services.
