Abuse Policy

1. Prohibited Activities
MorPankh strictly prohibits the use of our services for any illegal or abusive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malware, phishing, spamming, copyright infringement, and network attacks (e.g., DDoS).
2. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a MorPankh customer or user is violating our Terms of Use or this Abuse Policy, please report it immediately to our Abuse team at abuse@morpankhsoftware.com. Provide as much detail as possible, including URLs, logs, and timestamps.
3. Investigation Process
We take all reports of abuse seriously. Upon receiving a report, our team will investigate the issue. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any user found in violation of our policies, with or without notice.
4. Spam and Email Abuse
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. Any user found sending unsolicited bulk emails will have their account immediately suspended.
5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by a MorPankh user, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our legal team.
